Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

  • Local deliveries: 5–7 business days
  • International deliveries: 10–15 business days
    Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Cash on Delivery
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the method of payment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package in cash.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
