Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels attached.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process
To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify your request and provide instructions.
  3. You must return the product to the address we provide.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, we do not refund via bank transfers or online methods.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed as product exchange, as applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
  • Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement as appropriate.

Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only for the same product category ( size, color). To exchange a product, follow the same process as for returns and specify the required replacement.
